CAT Beam Tech has recently participated in 『2022 Korean Association For Radiation Protection(KARP) Spring Conference』 and presented 4 oral and 4 poster papers related the development of low dose X-ray sources.
『2022 Korean Association For Radiation Protection(KARP) Spring Conference』 was prepared by the recently established Low-Dose Research Group and held under the theme of 'Low Dose Radiation Effects: Yin and Yang'. Top experts in related fields in Korea presented the presentations on the effects of low-dose radiation, dose evaluation, development of treatment devices related to Alzheimer's disease, and clinical trials.
The presented 8 papers are listed below and the Senior Researcher of CAT Beam Tech Mr. Mrinal Bhusal Sharma was awarded with the Best Poster Presentation ward for paper 「Fabrication of X- ray tube using Laser Assisted Growth of CNTs on SUS 316」.

* Oil-free compact X-ray source based on carbon nanotube field emitters as a low energy radiation source
